Hi, I’m Jannine. I help women move beyond dieting to create a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food and movement. My goal is to help you reclaim your energy, confidence, and strength—on your terms and at your pace.

My journey into health and wellness began over 30 years ago, working part-time as an administrator for a team of dietitians. Seeing how they transformed lives through food inspired me to rethink my own habits. I learned that even small, intentional changes can make a profound difference—not just in how we look, but in how we feel, think, and live each day.

My Journey

As a competitive runner and original member of WOOT (Women Out on Trails), I helped create a supportive community of women who discovered joy and resilience through running. I’ve also coached U.S. military spouses and servicewomen, contributed to health and fitness publications, and shared recipes that make eating well feel simple and enjoyable.

My journey hasn’t been without challenges, however. After returning to New Zealand in 2017 due to a divorce, I faced burnout, autoimmune issues, and the realities of menopause. These experiences deepened my understanding of how vital it is to care for both body and mind, and they strengthened my resolve to help other women navigate their own wellness struggles.


Now based in Melbourne, I focus on supporting women who are facing the unexpected and often overwhelming changes that come with hormonal shifts during menopause. For many, these changes seem to appear out of nowhere, leaving them frustrated as they disrupt daily routines and impact overall well-being. My goal is to guide women through this phase, providing support to help them manage their symptoms and rebuild balance, strength, and confidence in their health and wellness.
